Create your job
Import your subject list from a CSV or school roster. Private galleries and access codes are generated for every subject automatically.

Calibrate the session
Print each subject's QR card and sync your camera for the session, so every frame you shoot can be traced to the right person.

Shoot with the web scanner
The scanner is a web link, not an app. It runs on any phone or tablet and keeps working offline, caching every scan until you are back on a connection.

Edit, then upload
Cull and edit exactly as you do today, then drag the finished JPEGs straight in, thousands at a time, up to 5 MB per photo.

Galleries fill themselves
Barcodes route every photo into the right gallery. Face detection flags anything that looks out of place, such as two faces in one gallery or a stray frame, so you can fix it in a single click.

Review and go live
Approve the few flagged photos, click Go Live, and every parent or client gets secure access to exactly their own photos, and nothing else.

How much does Lumeneer cost?
One plan, $99 per month or $1,000 per year (paying yearly saves you about two months). Every plan includes a 2% commission on gallery sales. Founding members pay half price in their first year, $49.5 per month or $500 per year, and keep a 1.5% commission for as long as they stay subscribed. Payment processing is passed through at cost, with no markup.
What does the commission apply to?
Only to sales you make through your galleries: 2% as standard, or 1.5% locked for life as a founding member. You set your own prices and keep the rest. There are no listing fees, no per-order fees, and no markup on payment processing.
How much storage do I get?
2 TB on every plan, roughly 400,000 photos, kept for 5 years. Need more? Extra storage is $12 per month (or $120 per year) for each additional terabyte. Uploads are photo files only, up to 5 MB per photo.
How do photos end up in the right gallery?
During the shoot, you scan each subject's QR or barcode card with the web scanner. When you upload your edited photos, the platform reads those codes and routes every frame into the right private gallery automatically. Face detection then flags anything that looks out of place, such as two different faces in one gallery, so you can resolve the few exceptions with a single click before going live.
Does the scanner need an app?
No. The scanner is a web link that runs in any phone or tablet browser, and it keeps working offline. Scans are cached on the device and sync the moment you reconnect. There is nothing to install, and nothing for your second shooters to set up.
Can you connect my local print shop?
Yes. We build bespoke print integrations as part of your plan. If your lab runs a platform we can connect to, orders flow through to it automatically. If not, we set up automated order emails so your print shop is notified the moment an order lands, with everything it needs to fulfil the job.
I'm on GotPhoto or Proofpix. How hard is switching?
It is straightforward. Import your subject list for each job by CSV, and your galleries, access codes and storefront are generated for you. Most studios run their first job within a week. At $50,000 in annual sales, a studio on GotPhoto's published Pro plan would pay around $2,800 more in year one than a founding member here.
